II - DATA PROCESSING
1 - Data Controller
1. The data controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. It also deals with security aspects.
2 - Data processing location
1. The processing operations related to this site's web services take place at the aforementioned Company headquarters (see the section on data controller) and are handled by Company staff and/or duly appointed external maintenance and update personnel. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
2. The User's Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one in which the User is located. For further information on the place of processing, the User can refer to the section containing details on the processing of Personal Data.
3 - Data retention period
The Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected and for a maximum period of 10 years thereafter, unless deletion is requested according to the methods set out in point 4.
Therefore:
1. Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
2. Personal Data collected for purposes related to the Data Controller's legitimate interest will be retained until such interest is fulfilled. When processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. 6 - Types of data processed
